Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared in our small-batch facility within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free worldwide shipping is applied automatically on orders of 2 jars or more.

As soon as your parcel leaves our facility you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once the correct details are confirmed; reshipping fees may apply.
